Dildo Daggins?

I don't care as long as I can look like Elijah Wood and roll around on the ground with Dominic Monaghan.

You Are A:

True Neutral Halfling Bard

Alignment:
True Neutral characters are very rare. They believe that balance is the most important thing, and will not side with any other force. They will do whatever is necessary to preserve that balance, even if it means switching allegiances suddenly.

Race:
Halflings are short and fat, like minuature people. (Think 'Hobbits') They enjoy the easy life, but aren't averse to the idea of an adventure from time to time. They get along with all races, and are known for their senses of humor. Halflings also tend to be light of foot, and can move quietly when necessary.

Primary Class:
Bards are the entertainers. They sing, dance, and play instruments to make other people happy, and, frequently, make money. They also tend to dabble in magic a bit.

Music at the Moment: Daddy Yankee - Rompe

Oh yeah, I totally forgot to post...the siding is all done. The house is once again fully skinned. Now we just have to get the inside ceiling/wall damage, window and other bits here and there. I'm at a loss what we're doing with our fence.

Did you say George Orwell's "1984"?

Music at the Moment: Sia - Breathe Me

No, I said Dean & Torvill's 1984 performance.

Miss S posted this link on her blog and I adore her for it. I hadn't seen this in an age and it still moved me like it did so long ago. I'd have killed to be in Sarajevo (Sarah's eggo? Leggo!) to see it live.

When Gambling is Fashionable

So Bryan, Myshe and I have a bet as to who is going to win Project Runway 2.

I know, I know. Those of you who know me also know I hate reality shows. This one has kept me interested simpy because I used to design clothing and always had a slight interest in doing it as a career. Clothes can just be so groovy and seeing something created is really cool. Needless to say, I sort of got hooked on this second season. I missed most of the first season and watched the last couple of episodes.

So Kara's gone and we're down to the final three. Bryan and I are of the mind that Daniel Vosovic is going to take it home. He's incredibly talented and very creative. His orchid inspiration dress still has me blown away. Plus he's adorable and I want to squeeze him and love him and call him mine.

Myshe thinks simply because he keeps getting excused *coughriggedcough* by the judges despite them lambasting him *coughriggedcough* and his execution being way off with clothes literally falling apart *coughriggedcough*, Santino will be the winner so her money's on him. Don't get her wrong, she hates his arrogant ass too. She's just trying to win 40 bucks.

Chloe is great too. She's also talented and I'm glad she made it this far. We were all surprised that Kara made it this far and not Nik or Andre (I miss Andre. He was another I was so oogie about, mmmm)

I guess next week we'll see.

GO DANIEL GO!!!!
Music at the Moment: Garabage - Cherry Lips is ending as I type and Missy Elliott - Work it (The Gaddunkadunk song) is starting.

Finally adjusted my template to include links to two friend's Live Journals, please welcome Linwood and Mat!

New Age: And not the spiritual crystal incense type.

Music at the Moment: Kyle Riabko - Paranoid

So.

A reformat, a long birthday weekend, a much too short visit from the hubby and siding work. On top of this, I think I've been sporting a sinus infection the entire time. Thanks.

So the computer's running again, but the graphic card problem persists. I hate it.

In the interim I seemed to have failed in my attempt to back everything up before the reformat. I lost all my e-mail addresses and the entirety of my unbelievably long bookmark list. So now I'm attempting to get in touch with this person and that to regain contact. Joy.

My birthday week/end was great. Overwhleming, but great. Doing my best to stay above water as shitty as I felt with my lingering sinus trauma I enjoyed the company of many old and new friends whose faces I'd never seen in person. As a surprise, Pete, Linwood (the only remaining tie to old EQ) and new EQ2mate Mat all arrived here along with Josh and Heather for a lot of fun. It was nice to finally have faces to go with the text. I had to assure Pete that we'd break tradition after meeting in person by actually remaining friends. I truly couldn't have asked for a better 25th birthday.

Really.

Anyhoo, despite everything, the holidays this year were really nice. It felt like Christmas and a birthday instead of some series of habitual motions. I appreciated that.

Unfortunately, not everything was on the up side. I found out recently that Sarah and Jane's wonderful black adonis passed on. Otis was a great boy. I'm not a dog person, but I really enjoyed playing with him when we were visiting Sarah and Jane. He liked carrots and dried cow penis, or was it horse? I don't know, but he was happy and lived in a house full of love. My heart goes out to Sarah, Jane and Otis' panty-eating pal Timmy. You'll always be cool in my book Otis.
